This year’s Climate People’s Meeting brought together around 40,000 visitors to act on the climate agenda. The event combined public engagement, political dialogue, and expert insights, focusing on a range of topics including education, culture, health, all with climate at their core. The Eyes Hearts Hands project was represented by European Green Cities and Høje Taastrup Municipality, and over the three days, eight policy dialogues were held between Danish politicians from the parliament, regions, municipalities and NGOs.
The active involvement of young people at the event highlights their enthusiasm and represents a source of hope for the future.
