The three-day meeting kicked off with a dedicated New European Bauhaus (NEB) event, featuring contributions from Natália Dias (National Innovation Agency), Frederico Duarte (Bauhaus of the Seas Sails), Rui Monteiro (Neiva Community Laboratory). The session was moderated by Fernando Gomes from CM Maia, who led an engaging discussion on creative, inclusive, and sustainable urban transformation.
On the second day, project partners presented the work achieved so far and outlined the next steps for the final six months of the project. The Lighthouses shared their local progress, showcasing tangible outcomes and community impact. The day concluded with a site visit to the Sobreiro district, currently undergoing renovation as part of EHHUR’s urban regeneration efforts.
The final day focused on a dedicated workshop with the lighthouses, creating space for sharing best practices as cities move forward in their regeneration journeys.
